Terms & Conditions
1: It has taken years to build our reputation into what it is today. We provide a high standard of car care for you. All we ask in return is to respect our policies. In return we will keep on delivering our high quality standards.
2: A.S Mobile Valeting is a mobile service at your home or workplace. We carry our own water on board, we will need to plug onto an electric supply. We will not carry out any work if the vehicle is on a busy main road or a small tight road. If you have any of those issues please let us know as there are always other options.
3: Bookings can only be secured with a deposit paid via bank transfer, deposits are non-refundable. Deposit amount will vary depending on the package and location. Remainder of the balance must be paid on the day of the booking.
4: Any cancellations need to be made 48hours prior to your appointment for rebooking, failure to do so an invoice will be posted to your address for the full amount of the Valet. If the invoice is left unpaid legal action will be taken!
5: We take no responsibility for any damage when cleaning engine components.
6: Sometimes things happen which we cannot control. If for any reason A.S mobile valeting has to cancel or rearrange your booking, it will be within 14 days of the original booking. If not a full refund of your deposit will be given.
7: If the interior is heavily soiled with mud, sand, mould, pet hair, vomit, blood or anything that may affect the time it takes to complete. Additional charges will apply. Please let us know and provide a few photos prior to your booking if you have any of the above.
8: All personal belongings must be removed from the vehicle prior to any valet/detail being carried out, if your boot is full we will simply not remove any item in there. Car seats can be removed but will not be reinstalled due to insurance purposes.
All clients will be asked to read and agree to our terms and conditions before every booking is carried out.
